Get the EZ Frame Structure Kit
If adulting had levels, building a shed is like the bonus round. We ran out of space in the house—too much stuff, not enough shed. Solution? The EZ Frame Structure Kit. The instructions basically hand you a shopping list, so we rolled up to Lowe’s, filled the cart, and thought, how hard could this be? Fast-forward to about five ‘heated discussions’—a.k.a. marital bonding exercises—I gracefully stepped aside and let my husband take the lead. (Best decision ever.) Then my brother-in-law showed up for the roof, because apparently, roofing requires at least two people and one supervisor with snacks. And boom—now we have a legit shed. Strong, spacious, and no one lost a finger! So if you’re even a little handy, or just good at supervising, do it. Get the EZ Frame Structure Kit. Trust me, it’s easier than you think—and way cheaper than therapy after those five fights.

One of A Kind In The Market
My web research determined this Amazon offering by Spreetail is likely the sole source of METAL framing kits today, and it's most certainly at a favorable price point - BUY NOW before they run out of stock. Seller Spreetail dramatically-exceeded expectations around customer relationship management and order fuilfillment. Toward the kit, I am extremely-impressed and happy with its modularity, flexibility, and scalability, and the instruction set included in the kit is easy to use. Toward Spreetail, I am extremely-impressed with their focus on getting things right, and attention to detail on the back end of my transaction. Please be advised that enabled by this kit, your project will not go together like TinkerToys or Lincoln Logs (e.g. if you've never built anything before, you will be learning a lot as you go, and thus should set your project duration expectations accordingly). However, for those more experienced builders seeking time savings, reduced complexity, and risk management (from not having to layout angles and ensure you cut them correctly...), this is THE superior product. (I cannot imagine why anyone would consider using the competing plastic fittings for this...)

Fairly Good kit for a beginner, but expensive to build and instructions not always clear
I am a 78 year old construction novice, and this kit has been loads of fun. I was amazed that the cost of lumber made the actual build so expensive. I took the parts list to my local building supply and dropped $1147, not including tools, mostly due to the high cost of plywood. And I have not yet purchased roofing materials. I probably should have requested a lower grade of plywood, but I (my wife) wanted a pretty exterior. One area where I would have liked some improvement was in the instructions, which I found thorough but a little bit hard to follow. (maybe I did not build enough models as a kid). I did modify the plans somewhat to make the shed lower and less deep.. (my wife preferred it be less visible) This prove fairly easy to do. I am very glad I bought this kit and did not just throw together a shed from salvage wood.

Easy as advertised.
This has to be one of the easiest sheds I've ever built. The only thing that I would note is that this does require two people well the one person can do it it's very hard. Also there were no instructions for the front door/doors on this. I was able to build mine not a problem because I have experience with this but for someone doing this the final part is not easy if they've never built a door before or squared one. Put this up as a chicken coop and it's going to work great hopefully for many years.

Be prepared to channel your inner MacGyver
I bought 2 kits to build the larger 8x14 shed. In the end it's pretty solid but be prepared to get creative while building it. The trusses are supposed to accept a 2x4 to form a spine along the peak and where the sides meet the roof support. Not even close. I checked my cuts and verified everything was square but the opening was too small for a standard 2x4. i tried hammering, prying and finally settled with getting out a chisel and removing about 1/8 inch of wood from the 2x4 where it slotted into the truss. Then there is the 6 1x4x8ft boards that the materials list had you buy but are not used any where in the instructions. Finally, using the roof sheathing according to the directions results in a huge overhang. Probably not the worst thing as it will keep water away from the sides and base but it looks a little goofy and resulted in another trip to the hardware store for an additional bundle of roof shingles.

Product exactly as described
I bought the framing pieces with the specific intent to modify it for my own needs. Rather than a storage shed, I built a "screen house" to house my hydroponic garden, raised bed garden and hanging berry pots. It required a bit of modification (no floor, setting on a stone draining base, no walls or roof which add strength and square things up) and instead covered with 1/2 sq galvanized screen material. I used a bit more ext. wood, sealed and painted all the rest while installing and used non-rust hardware throughout. I needed to install temporary cross-bracing while installing the screen material to keep everything square, then removed it after I was done. I am very pleased with the results.
