PERFECT!!
I bought this to replace an older model that was beige colored and old. I renovated my unit and painted the walls white, and this blends in perfectly. The old doorbell was a little bigger so I had to spackle the wall and make the whole smaller To Fit this wall plate. It looks beautiful and works perfect perfectly.!!! I’m so glad I bought it.!!!

Replaced my old discolored intercom
Instructions came with the unit. Although, I did take a picture of my old intercom wiring. Easy to install. No static. Can hear and speak clearly with this unit.

Low volume of alert sound
Speaker is small and sound is insufficient to overcome background noise such as TV or radio. Other than that it works fine.

Perfect replacement
This worked great! I had an old intercom system that failed and had replaced my doorbell with a smart doorbell. After continuously having to charge the battery I wanted to go back to the intercom. Once I hooked this up the doorbell worked.

Compatible with old Jeron system, but buzzer is barely audible
Replaced a 4-wire Jeron intercom station, and this looks a lot better. Wiring colors/labels were different, but I was able to figure it out with the well-written instructions and the abbreviations on the back of the original intercom. It looks good, talk and listen work just fine, but the buzzer is so quiet, I can't hear it unless I'm in the same room. Tried another unit, and found it's not defective, just quiet.

Try this before replacing wiring
Worked great to repair my old malfunctioning unit. I was worried I'd have to replace it but thought before I did that to try this out and it fixed all my problems of the door not unlocking and the intercom only sporadically working. Great fix!
