I have heart valve disease and it's very hard for me to exercise. I have a recumbent bike and can't use it because my heart rate jumps to 187 or higher even on the lowest setting. The Core Max gives me the cardio workout I need without stressing my cardiac muscle too much. It helps to tone and firm and it's a great way to relieve the pain in my joints. I have neuropathy and muscle spasticity as well and this helps to alleviate the pain and stiffness associated with that. I am almost 60 and my doctor wants me to work out. This is PERFECT!

I am trying to increase my core strength and arm strength, but I have migraines and can't exert myself too hard. So that makes it difficult to learn to do sit ups and push ups because I have to avoid straining too hard. This device is perfect. I can do 10 minutes of sit ups with this device assisting me, and about 20 knee-pushups. This is exactly what I have been hoping for to help me train at home and increase my strength gradually. (also, I HATE exercising, but know it's good for me, and this actually makes it a lot more tolerable). Cons: my arms are short enough that the stretchy resistance bands never even stretch when I pull against them when I'm sitting. I can stand on the seat and use them that way, though.

I tried the 8 minute workout video yesterday and I was able to do all 7 exercises. You have to make sure to position the equipment properly so that you are holding the equipment in place to do the exercises. I am 5’2, weight 185lbs. I definitely feel that the Max core Pro makes exercising easier. I felt I had a full body work out in just those 8 minutes. I’m giving this a 4 star because although I received my order very quickly, I was missing the fitness monitor. I ordered a replacement and that one was also missing the fitness monitor. I contacted customer service and received a discount. I will update later for a more accurate review.

I really liked the fact this was already put together and easy yo use

I got this pro core one day and worked out with it the next day. I received everything and very easy to put together. I looked up videos to help me with doing the workout property. Some impossible to do because the core max was not stable enough. The best thing I can say about the core max it did help me with a push up. I also think if you have not worked out in a long time this will help get you moving.

This easy-to-use fitness machine will help you get the six pack you have been wanting. My family love it. Easy to store also. You can fold it up and slide it under your bed when not in use. Great to have in your home when you do not feel like going out to the gym.

Product came used on both times, and without the fitness monitor. Don't bother.
