I absolutely love this thermo mug. Perfect, practical size. I've now got four and they're the only mugs I use whether I'm out or at home. I really like that it isn't huge, like a lot of these types of mugs seem to be. It's 100% leak proof when sealed properly. You also get two different lids but I've only used the flip one so far. It's supposed to be hand wash only but I do occasionally put it in the dishwasher and it's still perfectly fine. Would absolutely recommend.

This is a perfect travel mug. It is leak proof, easy to clean amd keeps my drinks hot for hours. Perfecta for my morning matchta.

Great, only slight issue in that drinks tastes odd for quite a while after several uses when drinking through the mouth piece, even after several washes. Removing the entire lid for drinking is fine. Hope this will improve in time as I really like the cup. The flip lid over the mouth piece seems secure. Keeps hot drinks very hot.

Had it for 1 and 1/2 years now and still working (unlike the large one which mechanism in lid broke) Great for work as it fits in the little side bit of my backpack. Does not leak is the mechanism is on properly. Double check when you wash it (and take it apart to wash it properly) and ensure it's on tightly) otherwise the liquid might leak. But its never leaked in my bag or on the way to work. Its not too heavy and looks nice.

This cup looks great , however hot drinks are cold after 2 hrs

Excellent cup for keeping drinks hot. Needed a small cup to fit underneath our delongi coffee machine, but one without a handle so it would slot into hubby's van cup holder. So this was perfect. Struggled to source one on the high street and this was the perfect size. He says its keeps the coffee warm for a good few hours, but obviously most days in drank during his morning commute. Not the biggest obviously, but its equivalent to a small take out coffee from most coffee chains. Would recommended

I bought a Milu travel mug for work a couple of years ago. I have used it daily since then and found it to be an incredibly practical robust well-designed vacuum mug. Kept drinks hot for an hour or so (especially if you scald it first), it was leak-proof, and the perfect size for a cortado or small tea. I raved about it to friends and work colleagues. However I have just ordered second mug, the same model, and it's a different story... The Flip flop 'one-click' drinking lid is defective and will not click closed due to incorrectly-fitting parts (it just pops open again), so any hot drink spills out when it's carried around, definitely not 'leakproof'. A travel mug with a lid that can't close is unsafe and unusable. On contacting the manufacturer, Wunschproducts, they advised they could not send a replacement working lid (as their warehouse is in Germany) but I could return through Amazon and buy a replacement lid. Which I did, thinking it was a one-off fault. I have now spent £60 on 2 Milu travel mugs and 2 replacement lids - ALL with the same design/manufacturing fault (Wunschproducts quality control is seriously failing) - and £28 on return postage. Still waiting for the refund 1 month later..... Very disappointed, as my previous Milu travel mug really was great.

Come on in what world do you create a stainless steel product and then state do not put in dishwasher? 2 stars for this as i dont think it was mentioned on the listing. I would have given 5 as the color is great.
