Solid quality magnesium that is easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I have noticed a difference with relaxation in the evenings and feeling less run down. Capsules are a decent size and the tub lasts well

Very nice capsules, smell is a bit odd but nothing too much. Helped me relax a bit and have better sleep pattern. Helped increase my HRV and bit which was a bonus! I will definitely keep this supplement as a regular one.

Great magnesium

This magnesium supplement really helps me unwind. I sleep more deeply and feel calmer, especially after stressful work days or long runs. It’s become part of my evening routine.

These are the only Mag Glycinate tablets I use. They are expensive but if I recall correctly Pure Encapsulations are main brand that are tested for bio availability with no fillers etc

I don’t usually write reviews but this product deserves one. I’ve tried many different brands for magnesium and never quite felt the effects of what those products were advertising. This however, changed my life. The quality of my sleep has improved dramatically, I went from feeling fatigued all day to haven’t felt that way since! Best thing I discovered recently. I hope it never gets discontinued. Guys, definitely buy.

This magnesium is excellent quality. It really helps with my sleep and overall electrolyte balance on a keto diet.
