Best postpartum and c-section purchase ever!!!
So to start I wish I'd gotten these my other 2 deliveries (all 3 deliveries were c-section) life would have been so much better!! I'm 5ft, normally wear a medium pre pregnancy and in pregnancy clothes. My pre pregnancy weight is130 lbs ( I'm bigger boned but small in overall size ) and end of pregnancy weight was 166lbs and I chose medium in these disposables and perfect fit. 1. They are soft against incision 2. What Hospital offers suck, the one time I used one of theirs during this hospital stay it leaked everywhere. These disposables don't leak!! 3. They are soft and comfortable and feel like you are wearing regular undies 4. You can't tell you are wearing them under clothes or in general. 5. When ready to dispose of they can be pulled off or ripped down the sides to keep from getting messy. The nursing staff had to be told they were disposable and they thought they were amazing.

Never going back to pads
I love these. I bought them for postpartum and they are so much better than pads or period underwear. I found them to be pretty absorbent and only leaked a little from the sides when my bleeding was exceptionally heavy. They are so comfortable and stretchy. However once in a while you will get a box where the side seam is ripped and you cant wear it but other than that im not buying pads anymore. With these i can sleep comfortable knowing i wont leak onto my sheets and i dont have to worry about it accidentally sticking to my hair down there. Convenient, comfortable, and affordable. And paired with a padcicle for postpartum really gives maximum relief when down there feels shredded. Great buy!

Great postpartum support
Used these the first 2 weeks postpartum and would recommend them to anyone. I had no leaks and they’re way more comfortable than the mesh panties and giant pads given at the hospital. They’re unscented which was important to me as well. I originally purchased the Always Discreet ones and they hide it really small on the side that they’re scented. My only issue was that they ripped easily a few times. The fit was perfect but the sides would occasionally rip while pulling them on. They were still wearable/useable so it wasn’t a deal breaker but worth mentioning.

Unnecessary size and fit change.
I've been using Depend Silhouette for quite some time, but they suddenly became next to impossible to find. I then switched to Depend Fit-Flex, which has puckery instead of smooth fabric, but it still fit fine. The new Depend Silhouette has been tweaked by the manufacturer, and if you order what you regularly used, they might not fit. Check the new size chart carefully, because if you are at the lower-to-mid-range of the old Large, you may very well now wear Medium (kind of a psychological plus for some ladies, to be sure); plus, they are lower in the rise, which I don't care for because the waistband ends up being pushed under my puffy belly. The legs also don't seem to "cling" and stay put as well as the old design, but that might just be me being picky. I operate on the old maxim "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Well, the old version wasn't broke, and I really wish they'd been left alone to be the "Depend-able" garments they always were. Even so, I will give these four stars because they're pretty comfortable, the absorbent part doesn't fold up and sag (the worst sin of incontinence briefs, ugh), and they do what they're supposed to. I also really like the new colors. One note: I think this is peculiar to Depends, but the padding will tend to pull apart a bit at the back (not the middle) after you wear them a few hours, so don't count on them to catch anything but bladder leakage.

YES for postpartum!!!
I’m currently in the hospital after having my second baby and these are infinitely better than the mesh cotton panties the hospital provides. These disposable panties are thicker, softer and feel more substantial than the other brands. Because of the built in absorbent pad, this also cuts out another step during self-care following labor. I take one of these panties, layer with witch hazel wipes, then spray lidocaine. These also hold up the “padsicles” so much better than the simple mesh panties. I’m currently a size 8-10 postpartum and the medium fits well. I could see them fitting a smaller frame but also stretchy enough to fit larger sizes. One last thing I was worried about, the sound. These are not crunchy feeling and don’t make noise when I move or walk. Take my advice and pack these in your hospital bag! Best postpartum purchase.

Postpartum
I got these to use postpartum and they did the job perfectly. Took them straight to the hospital, and they served their job right from the beginning. These are way more comfortable than what the hospital offers. They were easy to use. I didn’t experience any leakage, even during the earlier days. They seemed durable. Sizing was accurate to the listing. I would recommend these to anyone looking to use them for the same purpose.

By far, the most comfortable
These undergarments are super comfortable. I barely notice them, and they do the job of absorbing. The fit is great, nice and stretchy. They don't bind, and stay in place. I wear a size 7 panty, so the size I picked is "M", but these would do just as well in 6-8. I'd prefer a peach color, to match my skin, but pink is ok.. For first timers; stay away from anything but name brand for the moment. I have tried them, and they remind me of the old, bulky kotex pads, with a wide paper band, for around the waist!

Comfortable and NO panty line
Who wants to admit stress incontinence or what ever else as we become "a certain age" and then some. I am out of the closet now. These are good and I have ordered them or bought at store more then once. I feel secure and that makes it all worth it. Price is decent and these are great on long airplane or whatever trips. Helps relieve anxiety and can enjoy some bottled water too without worry. Good Show!

I got a sample one of these from Depends and needed to buy some. They are very comfortable. They feel like underwear and fit perfectly. Excellent quality. I got the multi pack and it came with pink, plum and grey/black. I will definitely purchase these again.
