Raised my heels to stop ankle bones rubbing on shoes. Unfortunately they gradually flatten down after a couple of hours.

Great wedge. I have one leg shorter than the other and this helps to compensate, which I turn makes a big difference to back pain. I can’t wear them in heals but they fit great in my flat shoes.

I’m quite vertically challenged so got these to add a few (hidden) inches without committing to heels. The silicone makes them comfortable to wear - but mindful of the type of shoe you will use these with - it must be a fairly loose fit shoe as with perfect-fitting ones you’ll make them too tight.
