I take these vitamins every day. These are easy on my stomach and seem to give me energy. They are easy to chew and swallow. The taste is ok and they smell like fruit. I like that this version doesn’t have iron. I have not had any problems with them melting and I’ve been using these for a few years. Maybe once I got a batch that seemed a little hard and stale.
