While I designed the products for sport, they can be used at any time you'd use caffeine, the big difference being that as you chew them the caffeine is absorbed in your mouth, so they kick faster than coffee, energy drinks and caffeine pills, and are less likely to give you stomach issues, they're also only 32kcal and fit conveniently in your pocket/glove box. I've often used them to go clubbing or to get me through a long work shift and even use them after a big night out to get me back to being productive. Helps when exercising in the current heat ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good flavour, effective, one small issue *by B***R on 12 March 2023* I use these for long runs and they have the desired effect. Flavour is decent, much better than most gels i've tried anyway, and it's easy to consume mid-run. My only bugbear is the way they are wrapped and (admittedly, I've not seen anyone else with this issue so perhaps I've got a bad batch) the fact the wrapper is almost wrapped into the chew, so you basically have to eat part of the foil wrapper. They're also not especially easy to get into while running. Hopefully this is useful to the manufacturers, maybe something to look into?
