If you look at the ingredients, it's got vitamin c and zinc, the 2 most important substances that if anyone lacks, leads to all kinds of health issues. I have horrible allergies nearly all year round. I have done a million tests and seen specialists regarding my on and off severe bouts of cough and my skin allergies. So far they haven't found anything but just tell me to keep my immunity up. I also have shingles problem. And post neuralgia kills me. I have taken this supplement for nearly 3+ weeks. I feel my killer cough has improved a bit, I need to carry on taking this supplement for added benefits. it's easy to swallow and doesn't give a bad aftertaste. I wish we could get some magical pills to get rid of our list of issues but unfortunately we need to wait patiently and atleast take the supplement for few months as immunity built up takes time.

I bought this product because my father saw something on the internet from a Canadian physician saying that if you took this product the chances of you getting sick with covid was slim. I figured it couldn't hurt trying it since it's vitamins. The daily dosage is 4 capsules per day. They are moderate in size. I gave an average rating on easy to swallow because it seems like the older I become the harder it is for me to swallow medicine. There really is no flavor but there is a green dust within the bottle that will sometimes coat the capsules. (I think this is probably the vitamin itself within the capsules. The bottle gives you a months supply so it's not bad to me for the value. Vitamins in general can be a little pricey.

Comes with all the needed ingredients in digestible form and adequate amount for each.
