Miracle worker product!
To the people out there they suffer from hemorrhoids. This product is one of the best that I have tried. I call it my miracle ointment. I have had in the past been treated for hemorrhoids, rubber band treatment as they call it. Worked well, but there’s one in particular where the rubber band treatment did not work. Kept on slipping off and this hemorrhoid has been a problem for quite sometime. too much liquor or spice or heavy medicine triggers this hemorrhoid to flare up and sometime causing bleeding every time I go to the bathroom to do my number two . But this Dr. butler’s ointment medication has been my life saver. Stopping bleeding and inflammation. I can say enough it’s a good product. I highly recommended this product to anyone with serious hemorrhoid problems.😊

Try it! This milk white ointment worked for me.
I ordered "Doctor Butler’s Hemorrhoid & Fissure Ointment – Hemorrhoid Treatment and Hemorrhoid Cream with Lidocaine and Phenylephrine HCl" after experiencing a severe episode of blocked stool that required disimpaction. I was suffering from painful hemorrhoids, and nothing provided relief until I used this cream four times a day for four days. I felt relief the very first night. I continued the treatment until all the swelling was gone, and I no longer experienced discomfort while sitting. The total relief took less than a week. A little of the cream goes a long way; I used only enough to cover the affected areas with a thin film, rather than applying a liberal amount. I learned a valuable lesson about not letting constipation get out of hand, as untreated hemorrhoids can become gangrenous. Although this cream is pricey, it works effectively if you follow the directions. I am now free from swelling, pain, and other symptoms, and I still have three-quarters of the tube left.

Shockingly effective for an OTC ointment
Listen, this is an embarrassing review to write, but I’m writing it in case you were skeptical like I was and are on the fence about ordering this. I’d used Preparation H ointment in the past and experienced no relief, just a painful stinging sensation. But I reached a point where it was either try this or go to a doctor, and figured I’d give this a shot. It was very easy to apply and I experienced no stinging like I had with other products. The morning after using it for the first time, I was shocked at how much the external swelling had subsided — like I’m talking a full 50% improvement after one dose. The pain and irritation had subsided completely as well. It’s been a week now and I’ve continued to see gradual improvement and have not experienced bleeding once, whereas it had been a daily occurrence prior to starting this. While not fully resolved yet (I’ve yet to complete the recommended two weeks of treatment, and with issues going back several months, I’d be shocked if a cream alone really did fully resolve it) I will continue to use this product as long as I continue to see improvement. Would highly recommend keeping on hand in the event of flareups.

Effective Relief for Discomfort, Gentle on Sensitive Skin
Dealing with occasional hemorrhoid discomfort is the last thing I need in my busy routine. I tried Doctor Butler’s Hemorrhoid & Fissure Ointment for targeted treatment, and it provided noticeable relief after a few days of use. Formula and Ingredients: This ointment combines natural ingredients like witch hazel, aloe vera, and essential oils for soothing and healing properties, without harsh chemicals that could irritate my sensitive, dry skin. The tube applicator allows precise application, and the non-greasy formula absorbs quickly without staining clothes. Application and Relief: I apply a small amount twice daily as directed, and it eases itching and burning effectively, reducing swelling over time. The cooling sensation is immediate and calming, helping me get through long days without distraction. It's suitable for fissures too, promoting healing without dryness flare-ups. Effectiveness and Comfort: After a week, symptoms improved significantly, allowing better focus on my responsibilities. However, it took consistent use for full results, and the scent is mildly herbal, which some might find strong. Pros: Natural ingredients gently work on dry, sensitive skin. Quick-absorbing for discreet daytime use. Provides soothing relief from pain and itching. Easy applicator for precise treatment. Cons: Mild scent may not appeal to everyone Results require regular application. Final Thoughts: Doctor Butler’s ointment is a reliable option for hemorrhoid and fissure treatment, offering effective, skin-friendly relief that fits my hectic life. I'd recommend it for natural symptom management and plan to keep it stocked.

Not great!
Didn’t work for me. I used salt warm water even better and put coconut oil afterwards even better!

Better than Pep H & other creams combined!
I got hemorh. from wgtlifting around March '2015' doing deadlift. I distinctly remember like a sharp pinch in that area, but thought nothing of it until I took a shower, i could feel a lil' bubble. After ~3mths of the hemorh. not swelling down, plus I had a lil' spots of blood, I decided to see a doctor. They, of course, rec the dreaded colonoscopy. The results showed what I already knew, I had an hemorh. So, the doc just gave me a stronger dose of preparation H med, along w/ advice of increasing my fiber. Being that she was a female doctor, I don't think she believed ppl could get hemorh, from wgtlifting b/c she most likely doesn't do it herself. I got that feeling b/c she kept asking about my diet & if I had regular bowel movements during the 1st appt. I told her repeatedly- YES! I have NOooooo problems w/ that & I eat lots of fiber, drink water & eat healthy, non-processed foods, I told her when I got the bulge, which was during the deadlift. But somehow, she didn't seem convinced that was the main reason for my hemorrh, so I just didn't even bother saying otherwise. After increasing MORE fiber & water, plus the Pep H meds, it didn't seem to help, until I came across this lil' gem. Tried other crap, but for some odd reason after using this for 2 days, it worked WAAaaay more efficiently than Pep H med. And what I like about this med, it didn't burn my ass! I have to say I had my doubts b/c the ingredients seem so uninstantiated, never thought of putting herbs up there as a remedy for swelling. But hell, I was ready to try anything to avoid possibly surgery to correct it. So, after 1 week of use, I stopped & stored it in fridge for future use. It's been 1 year now, I still wgtlift, but I reduced the wgt & increased my use of anti-inflam vitamins & minerals. I still do fiber, but try to eat both types more frequently now- insoluble & soluble. Personally, when the doctor rec a stronger Pep H, somehow i knew it wouldn't work cuz I used the otc type for over 1mth & saw no results. I think doctors should study more "alternative" medicine b/c conventional is promoted heavily by pharmaceutical companies that make billions of $$ & it doesn't always work for everyone. Sometimes you need both depending on the disorder. From my experience using this herbal med vs conventional, I become a firm believer in trying to research on your own about alternative ways to heal your body. Doctors in the hospital will NOT know everythg, how can they?!? I mean, for godsake, you have some cardiologists & nurses who are overwgt & smoke, despite all their experience & knowledge of the topics. I never take their advice 100% w/o reading up on other things first. They make mistakes too, so don't trust just their advice, read on you own.

This Made Everything Worse
I really wanted to love this product when I first got it. I originally purchased this around 6 months ago when I was dealing with some slight irritation from a hemorrhoid. If I had discomfort after a bowel movement, I’d apply a tiny amount of this and carry on about my day with no issues. I only used to on occasion which ended up being *maybe* once a month. About a week ago, however, I found myself a bit more itchy and irritated than usual. I applied the cream and felt instant relief. The itchiness ended up coming back within a few hours so I applied more. That night, I woke up around 3am with INTENSE itching. It felt like I had poison ivy between my cheeks. I tried to ignore it but couldn’t, so I went and applied more and went back to sleep. That following day I found myself itching like crazy. I’ve never been that itchy in my life, it was driving me insane. I started to think that maybe I had pinworms and was going to make an appointment to see a doctor if the itching didn’t subside. The only thing that helped was this cream, but the itchiness would come back within a couple hours, so I was stuck in this cycling of being insanely itchy and applying this cream. It eventually dawned on me that the insane itching and burning didnt start until I started using this cream multiple times a day. Two nights ago, I woke up with the intense itching again. I fought through it and didn’t apply the cream. The next day was really rough but I eventually made it 24 hours without using the cream. Fast forward to now and my symptoms are almost completely gone. I’m still itchy here and there but I think it’s just from the hemorrhoid itself, which I’m working on fixing now with my diet and hydration. I really do not recommend this at all. Originally I would have, but the irritation and itching that this caused me was literally unbearable. I’m scared to ever use this again even if it’s a one time thing. If you value your sanity it’s really not worth the risk.
