I knew I was a shy on calcium but I didn’t realize I was also deficient in magnesium until I took this. After just one dose, I slept deeper than I have in months, no 3 and 4 and 5 am awakenings. Just crashed out hard for nearly 10 hours. Woke up feeling exceptionally rested and had way more energy the next day. Unexpected and terrific. Clearly, highly absorbable form, and easy to take. I don’t understand the other reviews saying it’s gooey or hard to pour. It is smooth and has a nice viscosity that ensures it doesn’t drip before you get the spoon to your mouth. Flavor is also rather pleasant. It’s a supplement after all, not candy, but the orange creme flavor goes down easily and can certainly be chased with a bit of juice or water. I did find that taking it right before bed ramped me up a bit, brain couldn’t shut off easily. So, I have been taking it a bit after I eat dinner which does have the no-so-fab side effect of feeling a bit sleepy from the magnesium earlier in the evening than I’d prefer. Getting the right dose timing for you is what matters. One drawback is having to refrigerate the bottle after opening. The benefit is pretty significant though so I’m unlikely to forget to pull it out of the fridge after dinner. Don’t want to miss a great night sleep. The other drawback is the price. Bit steep for a month supply.

The flavor is not the greatest but the results are amazing. Got my blood work done after 1 months taking them and my numbers when back up. Highly recommended. Flavor is not a problem when the results are great

This is a staple among my supplements. Good flavor and consistency. But especially as you near the bottom of the bottle and even when it's new, I recommend taking it with food to avoid stomach upset. I haven't taken a recent bone scan, but this has been an easy way to take calcium and magnesium to arrest, if not reduce, my osteoporosis.

I took this supplement the week leading up to my cycle to prevent my milk supply from dropping dramatically while I am exclusively breastfeeding. And it seemed to really help. I was told to do this by my lactation consultant and a friend of mine also recommended this particular product. It taste like a liquid smartie a little bit.

I've taken this product for several years. It has always been on the thick side...but still liquid and pleasant to take. Suddenly the product has become extremely liquid....watered down? Has anyone else noticed this change or did I get a random bad bottle?

Helps me sleep! Tastes just OK but the positives are huge. Calms things down and I can sleep for 4 or more hours!

Had been taking another liquid brand when I realized it contained that dreaded "High fructose corn syrup" ---- which is considered to be the WORST carb you can put in your body! So I kept searching and came across this one which had great ingredients and great reviews. ----So For anyone else finding it difficult to swallow those huge calcium capsules ----this is your answer. Not to mention your body absorbs the liquid immediately with this product while those capsules hardly break down at all. And for older women needing calcium, concerned about bone loss ----this is a Must buy !
