Well made, all replacement anticipated worn parts are in this one kit. The clutch plate was heavy duty, The 3-shoe clutch ring already assembled and in place with one of the option springs installed. Besides the clutch assembly along with either the blue or black spring (for different top or front-loading machines) included, they include the typical wear items for a full replacement of worn parts to keep your machine running well. The coupler replacement for between the motor and the transmission assembly is also included. Thanks to the assistance of a YouTube video person (Bill Newberry), changing out the spring for my particular machine was really easy and straight forward. I think this kit is ideal for your first and hopefully only time you will repair and revitalize your washing machine. If not, get two of them while they are available. I would buy this kit again. This kit worked perfectly in my Kenmore 110 direct drive washing machine. The instructions were unclear in that they claimed the blue spring suitable for higher capacity machines like mine came preinstalled in the clutch, yet that one appeared to be black while the shorter spring was light blue as pictured. I matched the size of my old spring to the preinstalled black spring and the machine seems to work well. One critical note that many installation videos skip is that if the transmission shaft is rotated at all after removal from the machine the splines may not align on installation, leaving ~1/2” of space between the flange and the bolt holes. Gently rotating the input shaft by spinning the drive coupler each way while applying light pressure with the shaft inserted will align the splines and allow the shaft to seat fully. I can’t attest to the longevity of the clutch, and it would have been nice to have one of the newer designs with six pads instead of the OEM three, but this seems fit for purpose.

Perfect fit for my 22 y/o Kenmore 80 Series and its now working like brand new again! I replaced tye old ones with most parts from the kit, except the brake cam which was still intact (just amazing quality on the original parts). This will give this classic series another 5-20 yrs again I hope!
