The best for cooking! Has a wonderful vanilla flavor and actually need less often for the same flavoring as cheaper options!

It's o.k. I don't have a lot of experience with clear vanilla and have only used real vanilla, so in comparison to the real thing, this just doesn't rank. It tastes to us more like marshmallows. It did give the frosting a reasonable flavor and it did let me get a pure white, but it just isn't what I would call a good real vanilla flavor. Because clear vanilla is imitation vanilla, I'm not sure I expected it to be like real vanilla, but I guess I expected it to be closer.

I really like this brand. It is a little pricey, but what isn't now a days.

I mean, it isn't Mexican. It tastes good though. Works for the price and nice I can subscribe and save so I never run out.

I am very happy with Watkins Pure Mint Extract, my Mint Nanaimo Bars turned out so delicious. I wasn't able to find this extract at the grocery store so I was very happy to find it here. Last year I was forced to substitute a cheaper extract found at my grocery store that was a combination of Mint and Peppermint and my Nanaimo Bars were ruined, they tasted so bad.
