This is a fantastic supplement to support me after almost ten years of not having a gallbladder. I’ve been looking for an ox bile, betaine hci, pepsin and bromelain supplement. This has all of those things plus SOOOO many more I didn’t know I needed. I go back and forth between this supplement and another digestive enzyme supplement that doesn’t have ox bile and it’s been managing pain in such a fantastic way. NaturesPlus is AN AMAZING company and you don’t really get much better than them.

Definitely helps with digestion. I could feel a noticeable difference. I felt so much better. I have purchased multiple times when needed. Quality brand. Arrives on time.

One of the best I've tried

So I am writing this review because I have been taking this product for about a year now, and it has changed my life when it comes to my stomach and my digestion issues I suffer from IBS, sibo and I don't have a gallbladder anymore and this has at least a small amount of ox bile in it also which helps with that. That being said in the year that I've taken this product I've always bought it from an herbal store in town. This time I went onto Amazon to buy in a larger batch. I've had this bottle for about 2 weeks it's halfway Gone because I have to use a lot but my concern is this; I woke up this morning to take it and I opened the bottle and it has a putrid vomit smell to it. I've never experienced this before in all my bottles that I have bought in from the other store. So again I'm confused maybe it's bad batch? just want to let other people know purchasing this that this happened and be aware of it. Again absolutely great product when I have bought it from a local health food store. And the bottle that I bought from Amazon 24-hour deals seems to work, so far but I don't know what's up with this smell. Far as the product it self with my experience in the past I give it 5 stars, but this bottle makes me wonder? So I am giving it 4 stars BTW the expiration date is current it's not supposed to expire until 2020

These digestive enzymes have made such a difference in my life! I've always struggled with digestive/tummy problems (I have since found out that my pancreas doesn't make everything it should), and this has changed the game for me! I might be sensitive to something in these, as from time to time I've had some dermatitis on my face, but I haven't had any in recent years, so I'm thrilled! If you have digestive problems, give these a whirl as you're trying to heal your gut! Probably the single most important supplement I've ever taken outside of eating nutrient dense real food.
