Very light as it is 98% air and has excellent insulation properties. Thermo box made from polystyrene is the ideal packaging solution for the passive cooling and warm keeping of temperature-sensitive products. Keeps cold drinks cool and warm drinks warm for longer.

Whether it's frozen or fresh goods, we have a matching thermo box for each item. Our polystyrene boxes are made from EPS (expanded polystyrene). The material is suitable for direct contact with all types of foods due to its versatile properties and is both odour and taste neutral.

Black box:
Reusable thermal box made from piocelan as a robust alternative to EPP (expanded polypropylene) boxes.
Each insulated box is suitable for temperatures of -60 °C to + 85 °C. It can also be cleaned and is dishwasher safe.

For fine distribution, journeys between branches or for direct catering: Therm-Box reusable thermal boxes made from piocelan are great for anyone who needs to transport frozen goods, fresh goods or hot dishes safely. Compared with an EPP (expanded polypropylene) box, a thermal box or box made from piocelan is much cheaper to make. Piocelan can be disposed of as well as expanded polystyrene (EPS) and EPP through existing recycling systems.
