Great Replacement Screen Door Closer
Our ancient screen door needed an overhaul, so I bought this pneumatic door closer. Very easy to install, and it was the same size as the old closer. Took me about ten minutes to install and adjust the closing speed. The closer is quiet, works well and certainly seems durable. Highly recommend!

This is an updated version. The broken one it replaced had a plastic part. Now everything is metal, and it should last for a long, long time! Great!

Same as the ones replaced
So glad to be able to get these on Amazon for the same price as the big box store. Saved me a 50 mile round trip to go and get them. They were the same exact item. Loved that the company had such great information and pictures so that I could order the correct replacement. One of my brackets had broken, but the new bracket was a match as well the hydraulic closer. Easy install.

Really had no opton
My old device broke. I needed a replacement and wasn't feeling motivated to replace the entire door. So I went with this as a replacement since it was the same size, shape, and ironically the same manufacture. Just newer. Bottom line? It worked. Since I had an older version, it was simple to pull the old one out and using the same hardware as the older one, attach the new one in its place. But should I have needed additional attachment hardware, it was there. So, not much I can offer here.

Nice but light duty
First Wright make’s really good stuff. These are good but, are really on the light duty side of things. I bought a pair for my Larson storm door as mine are 20 years old and have worn out. These work but I will be ordering the Larson ones that are more heavy duty as these struggle with the final few inches of closure. To be honest, I didn’t see the Larson ones until I installed these so I am not returning these since I have opened and installed them. I think these would be more suitable for a very light weight door or a screen only door.

Finally my door closes! Never replaced this after a reno a dozen years ago. Now it works great.
