Love this tea with a little honey

I used to serve this when I ran a Cafe and am so glad I can get it here. Great with honey and cream or just sweetener. (I've not tried it without sweetener at least). Really good, hearty tea. An alternative for chai.

I was looking for a tea Teavana's Matevana. This is very close and very delicious. It has caffeine, which I need, and a sweet flavor. I like how it has all the benefits of a mate and the sweetness. In the summer, once steeped, I add ice and it's delicious and refreshing.

The only thing that keeps this tea from getting 5 stars is the fact that I've tried the loose leaf Mate Latte, and it's definitely better. This one is really good, but the loose leaf is outstanding. If you don't want to bother with loose leaf, I highly recommend this, however. It's very tasty. The vanilla, chocolate, and almond flavors are very smooth, and they work very well together.

I was introduced to this tea and its mfg back in the early 90s. I've always loved it and keep it in stock in the house (if I can). Rich and flavorful. You can't go wrong. If never tried it you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

I much prefered other maté blends I've had, such as the Republic of Tea's Double Dark Chocolate Maté or even Tazo's old Lemon Maté. To me this one's flavor is muddled and not much improved by milk or sweetener.

This is a very tasty tea. I used to get a carnival mate at coffee bean and tea leaf but they discontinued it snd I’ve been searching for a substitute. This is the closest I’ve found.
