In half cup of water, add Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab Mix, garlic paste, yogurt and 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix and apply to meat. Set aside for 3-4 hours.2. I use this fairly regularly. Seems to have less in the package though package size unchanged.

Verrrrry delicious!
I read a book where tandoori chicken was the character’s favorite dish, so I wanted to try it. By far, the most scrumptious moist, flavorful chicken I have ever fixed (and I love to cook). I served it to my book club and they all went back for a second helping! The spices were mellow and beautifully blended-not hot or spicy at all. I will buy again.
