Valve Stem not Tightened
Be aware that the valve stems are not screwed into the valve very tightly. If you use a CO2 inflator, when you unscrew the inflator the valve stem will unscrew with it. I have gone through each tube and used LocTite to keep the stem in place so that I won't be stranded anymore.
