I have a 2005 Ford Taurus and my lenses were really obscured and I was planning to replace my head lamps but though I would try this product first. I used the sandpaper on the right lens and spent quite a bit of time rubbing in the chemical compound.. When I finished with the chemical application and buffed it out, it looked pretty good. I decided to do the left lens without the sandpaper and only applied the chemical. This turned out to be a better solution and I was extremely happy with the results. I waited till dark and took a ride around the neighborhood. Boy what a difference. I immediately decided I didn't not need new headlights. I would say that this solution brought my lenses back to at least 90% of a new condition. Maybe even 95%.
