The best grinder I've ever used. By nature the dual grinder has drawbacks. Five stars to Kyocera's single grinder.

Nice grinder, if you are not interested in grinding anything. Or don't like your food seasoned. It has a hard time grinding black pepper, and salt is just too hard for this thing. You will be left twisting and twisting for minutes just to get salt on your steak. And don't even think of using slightly damp sea salt, it will flat out not grind anything at all.On the plus side it's nice looking... but since it's now sitting at the back of a cupboard, there is little point to that, is there?

this is the best grinder I have ever owned; plus it does not leave any salt or pepper on the table. It is easy to adjust the grind.I would recommend this to anyone for an everyday grinder.

Doesn't handle sea salt well.

A little difficult to use but it does work for both salt and pepper.I would like a much larger bin for both salt and pepper.

I bought it because it is ceramic to grind Celtic salt which is very moist. I guess the grains of salt are too hard for it because it barely grinds them.I will use it for other kinds of salt.

Excellent. Salt in one end, pepper in the other and it looks the business. You can never go wrong with Kyocera ceramics.

The grinding ceramics is certainly the best, no competition there, 5 stars. The design however is not very convenient, the screw-in container joint conflicts with the turning portion of the mill. I end up with containers over-tightened. Also the adjustment control also changes the wobbling freedom of the rotating part - this is just bad design. For that I remove one star and suggest Kyocera to review the construction.
