Cave Tools Meat Smoking Food Magnet Sheet with Wood Temperature Chart and Flavor Profile - Pitmaster BBQ Accessories for Smokers, Refrigerators and Metal Grills (Small)

I bought one on a whim last year, after starting to experiment with the smoker. Mine came in good printed quality, on a magnet that's strong enough to stay in place but not too strong to move if needed. I personally keep mine attached to the lid of my pellet hopper (Traeger Pro 22). Since I've had this, I've never thought "well, I know most of these wood flavors work but are any recommended over the others?" or "what was the safe temp range for chicken again?". What's more, not only is it magnetized for convenience, I'd say this one in particular probably has the most information per square inch of the popular smoking guides available. Ultimately, this won't (and shouldn't) be something you lean on every single time you cook, but it is more than nice to have as a reference when you're in a bind or not sure where to go next. I'm sure my dad and father-in-law will enjoy these as birthday gifts too.

I received the magnetic meat smoking guide in good time and condition. Looks great! It was a gift to my boyfriend who has a new smoker and is experimenting with all kinds of meats. He is a train wreck in the kitchen - losing, burning, and damaging things and I think this product is great for him because: 1) He was able to stick it to his refrigerator where he can't lose it in the shuffle of his black hole of an apartment. 2) It's not likely he will be able to tear, burn, stain, or otherwise destroy it while it's stuck to the relative safety zone of the refrigerator door. 3) He can still refer to it very easily without his glasses, and without ever, or even, having to put it away! He recently printed a similar graphic guide which he was intending to have laminated to keep for reference. But, he agrees, this is much better! After purchasing I received two nice follow-up customer service emails which included a .pdf of recipes and a certificate of purchase (not sure what I'd need this for).

I just received this nice sized magnet with info for smoking on the grill/smoker. It's sturdy, a nice large size, and being a magnet, it'll be right on my frig and I'll be able to access the info anytime I need it. Very pleased with the quality. If you are looking for something like this, I highly recommend it.

Why in the world would a company let a useful product like this be marked, I hope is was by a disrespectful employee and not authorized. This is totally unacceptable. So after a day to cool off and talking to Mike Odonnel from Cave Tools, here is the scoop. I realized today that this was shipped from Amazon, now maybe it was a disgruntled employee or a vegetarian that made the mark but it happened. Mike called me from Cave Tools and was extremely nice and I do appreciate their promptness. I have used many of their products and they are always top quality. Mike responded with more than I expected and I do appreciate it, I will buy from them again. I am raising this to 5 stars for Cave Tools and their product along with fantastic customer support/care. I hope Amazon can crack down a little on their shipping folks, this had to be intentional by someone there and very disturbing. Thanks again Mike and if anyone wants a great info magnet to keep near their smoker, this baby has a lot of great info on it.

This magnet sheet puts quick internal temperature references right where you need them, on your fridge, oven, or grill, which is handy when you’re cooking different meats. The print is clear and covers all the basics.

This is a great ready reckoner for your cooking. Easy to ready and understand your favorite meat temperatures.

Quite expensive for what it is but conversely it does have all the relevant temperatures I need for use when BBQing. Many similar items only have temperatures in Fahrenheit but this does have both and it is a nice size to stick by the grill. As others have said make sure it isn't in a position where it will get too hot! Star deducted purely because of purchase price. Edit: At less than a year old and despite being under cover for all of it's life this item has started to delaminate, expected better.

Should be "Cool and Handy", for storage & using My Air Fryer!

This Chart is large, easy to read and full of information. Excellent source of information for beginners.
