Perfect for flavor and smell. Highly recommend.
We uses this product for some goose summer sausage. It gave the sausage a great amount of smoked flavor and the smell was terrific. The thickness was a perfect consistency for the summer sausage that we made.

Great taste, but be gentle with it
It's good. Like, really good. A great tool for making flavored mayonnaise. But you have to be careful with this stuff in a way you don't with liquid smoke. Even a pinch too much can give a bitter taste to things. Also, would be nice to know exactly what is in it with an ingredient list on the side of the container.

It doesn't take a lot to get a great smoke, not over powering taste.
I have only great things to say about this smoke powder. I use it on over baked white potatoes around roasts, on chicken and all foods where I want a smoke flavor.

Recipe called for 4 oz with 25 pounds meat. Very strong flavor for merecommend 2oz.
