Leaf Blower, Cordless Electric 650 CFM, Battery and Charger Not Included - LB6500

RE: EGO Power+ LB6500 650 CFM Battery Variable-Speed Blower. This is my 2nd Cordless, variable-Speed Blower, and an Upgrade to my older, which I have passed on to a family member. The older model is a 530 CFM model that works like a Swiss watch. If you enjoy doing your won Landscaping and Lawn work, either by choice or Default or emergency, and you switched your Landscaping and Lawn Tools over to ECO Power lines; don't need to list all the reasons as to why. The only exception - for Tree-cutting purposes (larger than 9-inch diameters) are a small to larger Chain-saws, made by DeWalt & Stihl. . * The EGO Power+ LB650 - arrived well-packaged, and simple to assemble. * Ready-to-go, right out of the box. just some bell's & whistles to get familiar with, NP. * Light-weight and easy to maneuver, even with a 56-Volt 5.0 Ah Battery (around 5 lbs). * 3-year warranty included. * Open Lanai's or porches use - we have lot's of rain at times, and sometimes our Lanai's floors get wet, so it only takes 5 minutes with the EGO blower to dry things up, FYI. * Great Deal ! At times the EGO Store will Sell a Floor Model. I Jumped on this right away, and got an awesome deal, like 60% off! The EGO store also included a Commercial Series AN6000F Flat Blower Nozzle. ... Added BONUS use - sometimes, I will Hand-wash one of my vehicle's, before applying or re-applying a Ceramic coating. For the Rinsing step - I use the EGO blower to dry it quicker, and it works Perfectly, as it has plenty of CFM punch to blow off any excess H2O! ... Con's - are the batteries, that are quite Expensive $$$$, especially if one gets accidentally damaged or fried, and you happen to live on an outer Hawaiian island, like we do. The newer Gen models do come with a 3-year warranty, which is great, but again it's Location-dependent; as in Most cases additional S&H charges outside CONUS is and can be EITHER expensive, or, on Check-out you will get this Red Warning > "This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location.", via AMZ. . Battery CPR - the older model is a 530 CFM model had a 56-Volt 2.5 Ah Battery that quit working one day, and laid on the bench for 2+ years gathering dust. This year, discovered a method of Reviving old battery's, and, was able to bring the 2.5 Ah Battery back to life, so when my nephew got the older blower, he also got this revived battery ... RTG! .

I’ve been really impressed with this EGO POWER+ leaf blower. The battery life is fantastic — it just keeps going! Even with the strong airflow, it still feels lightweight and easy to handle, which makes yard work a lot less tiring. The power is seriously impressive for a cordless model, easily moving wet leaves and debris without any struggle. If you already have EGO batteries, this is a perfect addition to your collection. Great balance of performance, runtime, and convenience — I’d absolutely buy it again!

Works great. Long battery life.

This thing rocks harder than eighties hair metal and blows just the same! I have 2.5 and 4 amp batteries but this thing still blows harder than my old blowers ever have, and the larger 4 amp battery from my ego lawnmower lasts me WAAAAY longer than expected, like two full uses long, no kidding. And it's light, lighter than my old plug blower! You can bump the power button and move stuff around and then set the slide lever to control the airflow, or just push the button down all the way and it's a minor hurricane.

Battery life isn't the best so that's why its 4 star however the power is great and and since have the dumb safety trigger button its much easier to use than the last ego leafblower we had it also has the dial so you can run it at different speeds without having to hold the trigger down which is a great feature overall great leafblower and has worked great for the past year.

So, I got the EGO Power+ LB5300 after my old EGO blower's trigger gave up on me. I was hoping for a solid upgrade, but man, was I in for a surprise. Right out of the box, this thing wouldn’t even turn on. Talk about a bad start! It's pretty frustrating when you shell out for a brand-new tool and it's a dud from the get-go. My last EGO blower had me constantly recharging the battery, which was a pain. I was kinda expecting the same drill with the LB5300, but I didn’t even get the chance to see if the battery life was any better because it wouldn’t power up. I was looking forward to seeing if this blower could really handle the tough stuff in my yard, especially with its fancy 530 CFM spec. But, nope, couldn’t test it out. It's like buying a sports car that won’t start – what's the point? From my past experience, EGO blowers aren’t exactly a dream to hold for a long time. They feel awkward and heavy after a while. I was curious if they’d fixed that with this model, but guess I’ll never know. Noise-wise, my old EGO could wake up the whole neighborhood. I was hoping this new one would be a bit quieter, but that’s another mystery that’ll stay unsolved. When you pay good money for a leaf blower, you expect it to, you know, blow leaves. This one didn’t even get off the starting line. Makes you wonder about what you’re really getting for your cash. Durability? Well, my last EGO’s trigger issue wasn’t a great sign. And now, a blower that doesn’t work fresh out of the box? Doesn’t exactly scream ‘quality build’ to me. I’m gearing up to call customer service, but if it's anything like last time, I’m not holding my breath for a smooth experience. Let’s just say they weren’t exactly the ‘customer is always right’ kind of folks. Bottom line – the EGO Power+ LB5300 has been a huge letdown. From not even starting to all the other worries about battery life and build quality, it's just not worth the hassle. If you’re in the market for a new leaf blower, I’d say keep looking. There’s got to be better ones out there that actually work when you need them to.

I could immediately see why 650 cfm was a highly rated throughput…we have a new yard with a tremendous amount of leaves…nicely blown into manageable piles and also the micro adjust made it easier to blow the debris out of the rocks

Got some power, good quality build

Beats all the top of the range power blowers (2 and 4 stroke) I have used in the past. Easy to use. Massive power. No weight problem when the 7.5 battery is used.

This thing is awesome...like most Ego products. It is very powerful as a leaf blower and can even be used to clear snow from walkways.
