The knife is a beast like the design and the finish. Very comfortable in my hand. The Kukri shape is great feature for chopping and the handle is not slippery. Great value for what you getting. Just have to decide leather or kydex sheath. Easy to carry on your hip. Very durable Great functionality. 5 stars

Very sharp and the blade seems to hold up well. This little beast is oddly heavy for its size, due to the full tang. I’d bet that this is going to be a great camping knife, perfect for batoning and chopping. In my opinion, definitely worth the money!

This knife is really well made. Heavy, sharp, cool composite grip, appears to have proper balance. Nice piece to add to your collection.

I've been looking for a decent survival/bushcraft knife and this is a winner for the price I can afford. Be aware, this is a fairly heavy knife and has a very thick spine. That's what I'm looking for since I want something that I know can take punishment, but the weight won't be for everyone. So far it has held up, I've chopped and stabbed it into logs and can still shave hair afterwards. I like the kukuri shape since it puts weight forward to make it an effective chopper. The handle could be a better fit, but my hand doesn't slip much if at all during heavy use. When stabbing a log my finger does ram uncomfortably into the small guard, however that was expected. I wanted that guard there to prevent my hand sliding up to the blade when stabbing, and the guard definitely accomplished that. I got the kydex sheath since I heard the leather one wasn't great. Kydex isn't my favorite material because to me it feels bulky and clunky, but that's just a personal preference. This sheath itself is well done though. The knife fits securely into the sheath and doesn't rattle at all. The leather belt loop is pretty loose so I don't expect much from that, but I was going to attach leather straps to make it a scout carry anyways. All around, I give this 4.5 out of 5 stars. I take a half point off since the handle could fit better and the sheath doesn't fit my personal preferences. Other than that I think this knife is going to stay on my side as my new personal favorite for quite some time!

Can't go wrong with this one! I've collected and used them for years, and this big, beefy blade will take the abuse. There are quite a few brands on Amazon that are offering fantastic blades at beyond affordable prices. This is one, no doubt!

This is a very good model, checks off a lot of boxes when you are looking for a good camp/survival knife that also fits the profile of a fighter if needed. I like this model better than the Kershaw Camp in the sense that it is easier on a hike since it is slightly shorter. The only drawback is some may want a bigger chopper, but this knife will work for most. Came sharp, good ergos and nice balance. I’m going to go back and get the version with the kydex sheath, thank you NedFoss for listening to your customers and offering that sheath option.

Hands down the best value for a Reliable, Easy to Sharpen, comes sharp, Tough & Thick Steel, and Useful shape for both self defense & bushcrafting. Sheath is pretty nice as well. Favorite knife and I have a ton of bush craft knives. I love my Cold Steel knives and would say this steel is equivalent to the AUS 10A or 8A. But I love this shape better. If a knife can't compete with Cold Steel I won't Use it or Buy it. So, saying this is my favorite is no dull matter.

I'm older and like to collect many knives and this one is a lovely beast. Robust and feels very well in your hand. Because it's made in China don't think for a second it's sub standard. It really is outstanding in quality and workmanship. For the price it's the bargain of knives. Shaving sharp out of the box. One fine all around camp chore knife. Some complain about the sheath but I prefer traditional leather and it's simplicity. Knife comes with a cleaning cloth and para cord. Very few would be disappointed with the purchase........ I'm watching this company for more classics.

Very thick and heavy knife. Sturdy and strong. Puts up with the abuse of being an outdoors knife. Great steel, gets very sharp when time is spent on it.

I have yet to use this knife, although, it does feel good in the hand and had a good edge wjen it arrived.
