I purchased this for the second time to redo my window mesh. I am a bugphobe but like fresh air. I used the tape to have window mesh on the windows that can be opened by using the magnetic tape A on the window frame and then use magnetic tabe B to adhere to the mesh. The previous tape lasted well, the mesh failed not the tape. So I would recommend for any DIY projects. The magnets wouldn't be strong enough to hold up a painting or something, but really handy for light weigh item.

You get what you order, works great for my insect mesh. Excellent value for 10m. I'm sure I'll find plenty of uses for the left overs.If you try to seperate the Side A and B from the edges it will separate very easily giving tbe illusion it's not strong enough. But if you pull from the middle there is some resistance and grip. I can blow an industrial fan at it and it hasn't torn or come apart. Bare in mind this is magnetic tape and not a block so it of course the strengths will be different on account of the thinness and flexibility.Overall very pleased.

Seems to work well, not the strongest of magnets but if you need something to hold up a small elephant them you are using the wrong product

it does what it's supposed to. some reviews say the glue doesn't stick but i find the stays on very well (been using it for a few months). as other mentioned the magnet is quite weak but enough to keep my window bug net up. it's easy to take off and put back in place with a reassuring snap sound. definitely can't hang dumbbells off them, ideal for plastic bug nets.

This tape has poor Adhesion I'm afraid to say. I've used it to make removable acrylic (3mm thick) secondary glazing. The sheets are small 1m x 0.7m and 1.1m x 0.4m mounted on bare timber (sanded and cleaned) and painted wood (sanded and cleaned). After 5 weeks I am having problems of the tape coming off the acrylic and wood. I'm quite frustrated(( may have to go to wider magnetic tape.

The tape was used to adhere acrylic sheets as secondary double glazing to listed building windows

Bought this to stick insect netting to windows, but not only does the A and B tape not stick together, neither do they stick to magnets that I have.Left using these these for a while, so too late to return.

Despite the other negative reviews I have just used this to put up fly screens.The adhesive sticks to upvc windows really well and the fly screen mesh sticks really well to the matching magnetic strip.The magnetism is sufficiently strong enough to hold the two parts together and doesn't get blown off by the wind. Separates reasonably well for removal.Only one thing to mention; I feel I want to but a strip of finishing tape for the parts that face into the room.
