Okay canned fish!?!?
Well I’m getting older but wanting to expand my ever changing pallet. I saw this dude making a sandwich on the Instagram and he used this brand of sardines. Now I’m not fancy tinned fish guy, I don’t mind little fancy clams so this was a first. While I didn’t jump right up and make the viral sandwich, I did eat them with sardine crackers……seems fitting. They are awesome! I’d your up in the air on the price or quality these taste great. A little bit of spice for a kick but the fish is good, even give you a breath mint because these things got a little funk to them……BREATH MINT WONT PHASE ME THOUGH, I’m like Andre the giant eating 400 corn dogs on a flight from Huston Texas to Tokyo Japan! You should buy these!

The Bestest
Delicious tinned sardines in a flavorful hot olive oil. However, Nuri is almost the equivalent, and since I eat sardines once or twice a week I’ll stick with Nuri.

Top quality hand-packed sardines
Bought these after watching a YouTube video on how sardines are made and packaged. The best I’ve ever had! Would definitely buy again.

Nuri are pretty good too, and less expensive
I think the difference between Nuri and Pinhais, is that Pinhais start with fresh fish and Nuri uses frozen fish. Maybe I'm wrong. It's a bit difficult to distinguish between the two, so I choose Nuri, but wanted some Pinhais for comparison. Pinhais are very good sardines. Painhais the canner uses a cook then can method for both these brands, which means the fish are packed in oil without juices as the juices drained during cooking. Most other canners just cook in the can resulting in juices mixed with the oil. The juices gradually break down the sardines and reduce flavor over time, especially if you bulk buy and let some cans go a year or more before consuming. I recommend Nuri, but if you can afford Pinhais, why not.

Way better than any sardines I've had
These are not your usual sardines due to them being cooked before being canned. They're so tender it's hard to remove one whole from the can and the bones are indistinguishable from the meat of the fish. A great, healthy snack for those that can deal with the sodium content.

Tasty
I purchased these sardines after watching a YouTube video showing this brand's canning process. The sardines have a medium level of heat and are very tasty. Unfortunately, this brand is a little out of my financial reach so, I'll buy them again when I need them for a special dish. I recommend them if you don't mind the price.
