Out of the 5 attachments, only one doesn't fit me as my wrists are at an angle that feels uncomfortable - that's not to say it might be perfectly all right for anyone else. The unique grips completely eliminate grip fatigue and the need for wrist straps of any sort - I went trough the entire heavy back workout and my grip remained strong and safe throughout. The second great advantage is neutral wrist position with wide attachments, and the 30 and 45 degree wrist angle in either supinated , or, if you flip the grips over, the pronated position with the two narrow attachments. This might go over the head of recreational lifters, but as a competitive bodybuilder, I can say these attachments were well thought out and clearly designed by the lifters, for the lifters. The overall quality and finish are top notch - the attachments are perfectly symmetrical, feel solid and sturdy and you can tell straight away they are made of high quality steel, and finally, the rubberized coating provides a perfect balance of cushioning without feeling squishy, enough friction to ensure no slip grip w/o feeling sticky, and the material feels very strong - not likely to start peeling off or chipping off . Free shipping AND the parcel was delivered one day before the estimated time of delivery! Overall great value for the money - I am more than happy that I purchased this amazing product.

**Q: Do you have the sizes of all the bars and is it five separate ones**
A: Hello, yes it is five separate bars and lengths of each bar are as follows : 

75cm, 55cm, 54cm, 32cm and 25cm

**Q: Would you say the 54 is more pronated**
A: I have to say yes; my set came with 5 attachments,  and one of them is exactly like that.  It's also the only one I'm not using as puts wrists and hands in a weird and (for me) uncomfortable angle.

**Q: Can anyone confirm the width of the widest attachment? Thanks**
A: 75cm/29.5 inches

**Q: Did you cut the rubber off from around the hole? Like in the pics on reviews?   Mine has rubber over the eyelets**
A: The first version had the rubber missing surrounding the holes but we decided for the second batch to cover the entire bar in rubber as we feel this improves the overall appearance. Our product photos will be updated very soon to reflect the change but overall the product is the same high quality.
