I absolutely love these. I have been buying them from the health food store for about a year and a half now and they are probably the only hair multivitamin that I have seen good results with. My hair grows very slow to begin with and my nails have always grown poorly due to work environment even when eating a very good diet and taking other supplements. Please are probably the only supplement I have taken that I have noticed a significant difference in my nails and how fast and thick my hair grows. My nose become thicker and less flimsy and my hair grows a touch faster and healthier while I am taking these. The bottle does say to take 4 a day however I only take 2, sometimes 3, and that is plenty for me. I prefer to take them about 2-4 hours apart. I only occasionally experience any nausea if I do take them on an empty stomach because of the type of capsule but it is much better if I eat something small beforehand.

I think this Maxi‑Hair Plus supplement is working, but it’s hard to say for sure since I’m also taking other hair‑supporting products like biotin, collagen, and iron. One thing I noticed after starting this is that my urine turned neon yellow — which can happen with certain vitamins — but it definitely caught my attention. I’m not a fan of the smell or taste, but I push through it. Even with all that, I do feel like my hair is growing faster and looking thicker, so I’m sticking with it for now.

I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product. I read the Amazon reviews and didn’t entirely believe them. My hair had been thinning for about 3 months to the point my scalp was visible. I had read reviews of the hair loss issue with this medication on Reddit and Quora. Several commenters recommended this product saying it worked and some of them showed before and after pics. Worth a try, I reasoned. Well let me tell you, it does work! My hair is growing again. It’s been about six weeks and it is noticeable. I was worried I was going to have permanent hair thinning, but this supplement kick started the hair growth phase back into working order. Please don’t hesitate to purchase these supplements. You won’t be dissapointed.

I would like to ask what are those black dots in my capsules? I purchased this a few months ago, and the bottle says it expires on 03/25. When I first had this, there was no black dots. And now it has. what are those?
