If you have Giro Republic cycling shoes and need new walking pads, these are the ones! They are easy to install and make your shoes like new again. Plain and simple. Also, much cheaper than buying a new pair of shoes :-) Tip: don't wait till your hex screws are worn down or you might have some trouble removing the old pads.

Fit shoe as expected, hopefully will extend life of nice Giro biking shoes. Seems to be an overpriced item for what you get though.
