I love this powder to wash my hair! After 1 month off using it, my hair feels and looks different! My hair is growing back and is mantianing moister. Trying to never going back on commercial shampoo’s.

This smells different, not sure whether this is a real chikakai. I want to go for a different product.

This can be mixed as a spray or hair mask. I chose the mask about three days ago and I am see the results of the darkening of the thinner areas in my head. Happy so far. 🤞🏾😊❣️

I still remember the childhood days when we used to go out and collect shikakai/ rita seeds from trees in India. We used to make a powder/ paste from it to enjoy the fragrance and ayurvedic benefits for washing hairs! Happy to have this powder available in USA to recreate the same memories + to get healthy hairs. Packaging of this shikakai powder is good as it allows me to save remaining powder for subsequent uses. Loved the fragrance and ayurvedic properties of this powder.

So I'm no expert in the smells and feel between soapnut and shikakai but I know they are 2 different things. The images have mostly soapnut and s few pictures of shikakai (the dark pods) and I find this very confusing since there is no mention of soapnut in the description or ingredient lists. It hasn't made my hair fall out or anything I just don't think this is really pure shikakai powder

I’ve heard good things about this powder and how beneficial it is in the hair. I myself like to mix it with hot water to spray in my hair and it works wonders for my growth journey. I also was pleased to see that it wasn’t already dumped in the bag so it’s less mess when opening.
