Excellent dark chocolate! I have a square or two every night for my dessert.

Perhaps the best dark chocolate, but buy it elsewhere. Arrived very old, with mottled tan and brown color. Believe it was left over from Obama's inauguration party.

My wife placed an order for a quantity of 2 "Lindt Excellence 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate 4-3.5oz bars" from Hikvision 12. She should have received eight 3.5 bars but just received 2 bars. I was going to quickly return them for a refund but found out in the Amazon return process that these can't be returned. I then contacted Hikvision 12 by email through Amazon and they first replied that we would receive a partial refund. I replied that this would be great. Then later they replied that they changed their mind and would be giving us a full refund instead. Which we received. I don't actually give 5 star reviews, for nothing is perfect. So I actually give Hikvision 12 a 4.8 star review for going above and beyond.

I thought I was ordering four bars but received only one. The invoice still says $20.79. That is an extremely expensive price for one bar.

One of the best dark chocolates I have ever had in terms of taste. Texture quality is great and sweetness is at the right amount. I took out one star because of the packaging/shipping issue -- it came with only one bars instead of four!! Amazon Support was able to resolve the issue for me.

I love this dark chocolate! Can hardly leave it alone. Best tasting chocolate, ever!

While I had a very good experience with this product on my previous order, it's unfortunate that this order arrived like this. My 1st order last year I'd give 5 stars, but this order will get 0 stars. I just found out this product is not eligible for return which makes this a very unpleasant experience. Will never buy again unless the seller makes it right.
