A couple of days ago I received my massage gun in the mail. The ball attachment wouldn’t stay in place even on the lowest setting and I emailed customer service and they offered a couple of tips and said that if that didn’t work they’d ship out a replacement ball attachment. I had tried different things before contacting them so it was just a small defect (I noticed the rubber was slightly thinner on the ball attachment head). All of the other attachments are fine. This massager has been wonderful and has provided so much relief already. I can’t wait to see what the ball attachment relief is like when it comes in the mail. I highly recommend this massage gun and this companies customer service. Instead of having to go through the trouble of returning and reordering the same product I get a replacement piece and can still continue to use it while waiting on the replacement part to ship. I’m a very happy customer with Millon Essentials! I just fully charged it today but I have full faith that it lasts. It’s really easy to use just make sure that the attachment heads are in properly and that the rubber is gripping otherwise it won’t stay in. I personally think it’s pretty powerful and not too noisy. The different attachment heads are cool, but one isn’t as pictured, the arc is actually backwards as depicted the arc is curved upwards not downwards like advertised. I love the case!

I received my product but there was no charger. When I tried to reach out to have one sent, I keep getting the return or refund option. I don’t want to return or refund I want to be able to use the product… I am super annoyed! I do not recommend!!!

The media could not be loaded. I am always so skeptical on buying massage guns because they really never work. This massage gun is by far #1. If you have a knot or a strain somewhere in your muscle, this will definitely do the job. It has touch screen buttons to make it look sleek and the packaging was very pleasing. It is also very easy to use and the battery life is amazing, it also charges up fast. I am so happy with this purchase!!

Wish it had a lower setting and an on/off switch.

Me and my GF love using it while watching TV as it is very quiet. So far, the battery has lasted me 4 hours on its highest speed. I highly recommend this massage gun for anyone who loves feeling relaxed and for those who want instant muscle relief after a workout.

Product takes too long to charge and holds charge for only 10 minutes. Must charge after each use. Poor product, cheap. The product has 8 attachments, but the case has only 7 slots. The Attachments do not fit in the slots, so storage is a problem. The unit does not have a light it signify charge and the unit is to have a green arrow to allow correct placement of attachment, which it does not. Short charging cord. It does have good percussion, but I'm sending it back.

Very nice product. Has lots of attachments to choose from which makes this very versatile and does work with great speed/intensity controls for better comfort. Highly recommended especially for hitting those hard to reach trigger points. I'm a physical therapist and this is the best "massager" that I have used. Grest results/feedback from ones that I have used it on. Very user friendly. Highly recommended. Thanks

Walmart brand is better
