Down To Earth All Natural Fertilizers Organic Citrus Mix - Plant Food for Lemons, Limes, Oranges and Avocados 6-3-3, 25 lb

I should’ve reviewed this a long time ago. It’s awesome. I’ve recommended it to all my family and friends who have citrus trees. I baby my citrus more than any other plant (I have 9) and this stuff really helps. I use it on hibiscus, gardenias, blueberries, avocado, artichoke… everything. Of course, with all this stuff in giant pots, not sure what I’ll do when winter comes…😂

After months for research I found this organic fertilizer with a similar NPK to the discontinued David Austin Control Release Rose fertilizer. I do need to add an amendment to being up the K - I just use a diluted “tea” of regular kitchen molasses. Will but this again.

Appears to be a good product as fruit trees seem to be healthier than they were.

Excellent citrus blend that does a lot to help your fruit production as far as plant health and quality of the actual fruit without all of the chemical additives. Would say it (citrus tree) can benefit from an addition of Azomite or other type of trace minerals. It is also important to note that this mix is certified by the OMRI for organic gardening.

I bought this because it’s a better deal than the smaller boxes, but it caused mold to breakout everywhere I used it. After noticing the mold outbreak, I wanted to know if it was this bag of fertilizer that had truly caused the issue, although it was pretty obvious it was the culprit. But, to be sure, I did a test and put some in the soil of one of my plants but only in a small area. Sure enough, the mold grew in that one area where I had put the fertilizer and nowhere else in the soil where I had not put the fertilizer.

I have been using Down to Earth for several years and I am very happy with it. Even my normally sour lemons are not sour when I us this fertilizer.
