This is an amazing light stand at an unbeatable price. As a beginner photographer, I bought this light stand because it is very well-priced compared to others. ======== ✔️ PROS : ======== 1) It is very sturdy and built with quality materials. 2) It's super long. It is so long that most of us won't be using it at its maximum height. 3) It has a universal 1/4 inch mounting thread, so you can easily attach lights, cameras, mobile phone holders, etc., that have this thread (almost every photography device has this thread). 4) The hinges and height adjustment clips are durable as well. 5) It is very stable even when extended to its full height. So you can trust this stand with your expensive lighting and camera gear. ======== ❌ CONS : ======== 1) It is a bit heavy, but that contributes more as a pro than a con, as the weight helps it remain stable. 2) It does not have rubber feet, so it might scratch your flooring. 3) The height adjustment tubes have springs inside them, which work as a shock absorption mechanism, but be aware that you do not point it towards your face when unlocking the height adjustment clips, as it might shoot straight towards your face. 4) It does not come with a carrying bag. ================== 👍FINAL WORDS👍 ================== It is an awesome light stand for the price, so it is highly recommended for beginners and even professional photographers. The product is damaged and this product can’t be returned or replaced directly with Amazon. Amazon is requesting to contact directly with the Digitek Team where their given mobile number is invalid and I have raised complaint via form which doesn’t give us a response steadily. So keep in mind this while you purchase this item.

The stand is sturdy and strong. It is holding both my key light and the 80cm soft box. But it’s holding both well.

Pros: 1) Sturdy pipes and plastic locking components. 2) It's heavy enough to withstand a good softbox. and I guess will not wiggle or fall down. But can't use heavier things (like softbox + professional light) beyond 7 feet height as it loses it sturdyness from that height. It starts wobbling under a ceiling fan running at full speed. Overall decent acceptable build quality. 3) Easy to use and height is almost as described. Cons: 1) Worst Packaging: Inside carton packet containing the light stand was open from both the sides. It was not even taped and on one side it was torn out. 2) Item Condition: There are scrates on all the three side legs at the bootom. Also there's some damage and rust on the upper pipe/rod. It's quite evident that this was a used product or rejected / returned earlier by some other customer. Not acceptable. 3) Build Quality: The aluminium revets were filmsy and not pressed well. One of the revert joint seemed to be coming out anytime soon. 4) Weight; The weight of this 9 feet model is NOT 2050 grams as the seller has mentioned under specifications. it's actually only about 1760 grams. (Look at the photos attached). I have deducted one star for providing this deceptive info. Overall it's a decent light stand at competitive pricing ruined by poor workmanship and bad packaging. I'm requesting replacement. I will update after I get replacement. Verdict: Recommended with caution for poor quality joints. Check if it has replacement option before placing your order. P.S.- I have 9 feet Sonia LS-250 stand which has similar build quality but with better packaging and properly built. UPDATE: Received replacement and is in good condition. Product is good this time after returning once. This time package was damaged, was opened from both ends. Packing should be improved. Giving 4 star for low quality package and not checking it before shipping.
