Rubicon Express RE1363 3.5" Coil Spring for Jeep TJ

These things are exactly what I've been needing, nice finish and great pric

I installed these with a set of Old Man Emu CS033RA rear leaf springs and they work great. Nice springs, and the current price of around $50 for the set of 2 is great. I also installed OME shocks and they are also really nice. I also installed a power-trax no slip locker, new spicer internal axle seals, spicer u-joints, spicer ball joints, timken hub bearings, moog ZJ steering setup, monroe magnum steering damper, jks ogs126 trackbar, jks 2000 disconnects, and dpg off-road disconnect cables. For reference the locker is totally silent. Much better compared to a spartan or similar which clicks and clunks.

Gear product at even a greater price.

The finish on the springs was chipped straight from the box. Filed a return and was charged 15% for a defective item. Stay away from seller at all cost.

I'll update this review once these settle down & break in, for now they seem like a quality spring. I ordered 3.5" TJ coils hoping to get 2.5"-3" in an XJ (TJ coils usually lift a little less in XJ's). So far they're giving me more like 4.5" lift. I've used a dozen different Rubicon Express springs over the years, but this was my first purchase since the company was bought out. Quality seems good still, but time will tell.

. Went from 4.5" lift to 3.5" lift, also got the rubicon front shocks fro Amazon to make conversion.Steers and handles better on the street. Haven"t off roaded it yet. Hoping it works good for my intended off road use. One unexpected plus is my gas mileage has improved. .The height diff w/arberence seem like more than a inch.
