Pros: The video is crisp and the sound is clear. The installation was plug and play and works with both my Mac and my windows computers. Cons: My camera occasionally shorts out on the video. Either the screen goes blank or it does a weird feedback across the bottom half, which is not good when you're using it daily for meetings. Also, the cover is actually an aftermarket stick on cover, and you'll want to clean the lens area with alcohol before putting it on... Mine has fallen off a few times. All in all, if you need an inexpensive but solid camera for occasional use, it's a good pick.
