Leviton doesn't pay attention to their own product line. Doesn't fit.
I don't know what universe they think that these are 2 inch grommets that fit their smart panels... but whoever at Leviton made these is the left hand that doesn't know what the heck the right hand is doing. Pay attention to your current product lines. What a waste of time. If you just bought a new Leviton smart panel, the big size gromment is the wrong size for their own panels.

Laughable
As someone else mentioned the big grommets don’t even fit. I thought this couldn’t be and ordered myself. Laughable how this even passed !

Buyer beware
Same as others have pointed out. The small rubber inserts are fine, and fit the small punchouts perfectly. The large rubber pieces, however, aren't even close. They're way too large and won't fit in the larger punchouts on my Leviton cabinet. Kind of a waste to be honest.

Fits Leviton cabinet
I took a chance these would work after reading several negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! While I do agree that the 1"/2" dimensions in the product description don't reflect the actual dimensions of the knockouts in the cabinet or these grommets (actual dimensions are closer to 1-1/4"/2-3/8"). So, if you need grommets for a Leviton cabinet these work fine.

Rubbery!
They fit the holes that were left when I knocked out the knock-outs in the cabinet. It would be nice if they were included with the cabinet. Oh well.

I needed 2 inch grommets.The descriptions says (2) 2" & (3) 1" WRONG WRONG WRONG.FACTORY SEALED package contains (2) THREE INCH & (3) 1 1/2 INCH grommets.Returned for a refund.

Grommets don’t fit in the knockouts
Spent 15 minutes try to get the 1” to fit. Never got it to fit.

Fits perfectly
I was worried about some of the reviews stating wrong size, but since amazon offers free returns, why not give it a try?So not sure why people are saying this doesnt fit - it fit perfectly (both the small and larger holes) in my unit (28" Leviton Media Enclosure).Maybe a bit overpriced for some rubber grommets, but they do the job.
