Bought these while we waited for shutters to be made for our 5 month old, thought they would keep the heat out, but didn't seem to in the hot spell we've just had! The 3m sticky pads aren't the best either, I've ended up using Velcro which seems a bit better, so you can take them down a little easier during the day.But saying that, they do keep the light out during the day, so good for a short amount of time & potentially if you go away & need a blackout blind. And easy to cut & stick up.

Perfect blackout and tough material, only issue is the tape that comes with the blind to allow to stick it to the window: it gives out after a few times that you remove and reattach the blind.I have solved this problem by nailing the blind to the wall over the window and rolling it up in the morning and down in the evening. Works great this way.

Very well made. Lots of it as well but i used my own industrial strength velcro. Not sure that the few sticky pads given would last long. Good solution for cinema room velux window!

Delivered promptly , easy to cut and fit . Used as a blind for my bedroom window and was better than I expected , total darkness which was brilliant and seems to reduce noise which is a great bonus

Bought this product as the blinds that my landlord has installed are awful and don't stop light coming in. The material sticks to the window / frame and works very well blocking all visible light and is simple to apply. Seller sent a follow up email to make sure I was satisfied. Overall a good experience buying. Would recommend.

Great for keeping the light and heat out of my sons room,only drawback is that it doesn't look very aesthetically pleasing looking from the outside of house
