Nordic Ware 54349AMZ Shortcake Baskets Cast Aluminum Cakelet, Six 1/2 Cup, Toffee

You really can’t beat Nordic Ware for its quality. This pan is not only beautiful, but it turns out perfect baked goods every time. It’s heavy, conducts heat beautifully, and is an heirloom quality piece.

I love the quick release from the pan and the appearance of the design on my cakes. The quality is very good and ease of using it was perfect. I'll be purchasing more soon.

Nice and heavy pan. You need to heavily spray with baking spray to keep cakelets from sticking in the pan- but when you do spray well it is well worth it.

This product is very well made. When I can grease them well enough to get the cups out whole they're really cute. I'm still working on learning how to use these correctly. I would purchase again.

There was a slight learning curve as I tries butter spread the first time and they stuck. Second time I used crisco. They came out perfect. So much better than store bought and much larger. High quality pan

I was a bit apprehensive about baking dessert shells due to all the detailed surface area that would need to release. I was pleasantly surprised. Use plenty of Pam with flour and be sure it gets all the way to the bottom of each cavity. I made a standard boxed lemon cake mix, filled each cavity about 3/4 full as instructions on the cardboard over wrap said, which made 15 yummy and light shortcakes. Filled each with mixed fresh fruits and whipped cream on top. Yum yum, my family doesn’t eat a lot of desserts but went for seconds on these! So easy to clean, I used a soft dish brush and easily removed some Pam residue and just a few crumbs.

Nordic Ware is the best. I own many different Nordic baking pans, so I was especially excited to see this pan - perfect for shortcake cups!

So obviously this was a return as it has dried food in it 🤨 . Very disappointed too .

I bought these to bake some of the baskets for Christmas. So I have yet to use them. I already have the Nordic ware Charlotte cake tin and this is a mini version. Nordic ware cake tins are pretty awesome and just work is you grease and flour them according to instructions My collection is growing, as each year they come out with more designs.

As always, nordic ware pan never disappoint. The cakelette detach easily from the pan. The baskets are gorgeous!

I bought this tin a while ago and only got around to using it. The tin is heavy and really good quality. I was baking Nigellas brownie baskets and every one unmoulded perfectly when I turned the tin over. I only sprayed with a little oil first. Would highly recommend this brand of cookware.

Nordic Ware cast aluminum pans are my #1 go to for Bundt pans and the like. Aluminum is the perfect conductor for baking, all my cakes came out perfectly baked with nice even browning. For the type of cake these pans were designed for, I wouldn't use anything else.
