Straight to the point. Short. Simple. But not totally indepth, considering the topic. But well done.I will recommend for a beginner trying to get a grasp of the concept.

This book is not even close of being a complete guide of reit investing. Instead it brings out a couple of items like p/ffo and describes how important it is in finding great reit trusts. The book unfortunately leaves the story without any deep explanations but also how important it is to evaluate the debt structure when assessing any reit. P/affo and debt issues are very important items, which any reit investors should not neglect when evaluating any possible investment.

The book was basic info with its share of typo's. The part that did me in was the so called analyzer to generate reports and analyze dividend growth. I typed into a browser and to my surprise all types of spyware, malware etc... popped up. I went looking for this Marco Schwartz on Linkedin
