I've been using this face mask consistently for nearly five years. I have dry, sensitive skin, and I also use tretinoin, which increases its sensitivity. (note: I don't have acne-prone skin, but I think this mask would be just fine for people who do.) This mask is so soothing and so moisturizing. I still look forward to putting it on every night. Never had any adverse reaction to this - doesn't irritate or cause acne. My skin still feels soft and moisturized when I wake up in the morning. The consistency of this product is pretty different from the other popular la neige sleeping masks. I have tried the water sleeping mask and the new bouncy and firm sleeping mask, and I personally have found that both are not moisturizing enough for me, and I almost feel like they dry out my skin more. The cica mask has a really different texture - it's creamier and thicker than the other la neige masks, and I think that is why it does a better job of moisturizing. So if other la neige masks haven't worked for you, give this one a try. I can't imagine ever buying another sleeping mask. I would honestly pay way more money for this one too - it's such a reasonable price for such a good quality sleep mask.

I’m a HUGE fan of laniege due to their lip products, i absolutely cannot live without the lip sleeping mask or their lip balms so I figured it was time to try out their skincare! for reference I was on Accutane years ago, resulting in me having extra sensitive skin to the point that even aloe vera is even too harsh on my skin & as well as very oily & acne prone. The mask feels absolutely great, I had no stinging or redness as or after applying it. It’s more lightweight than I expected it to be on my face, as well as there’s no residue after applying to worry about that may stain clothing or bedding. The next day after sleeping in it, my face was soooo soft and felt hydrated, but not in a greasy way. I had no noticeable breakouts from the product overnight, which shocked me since using the last cica product i used from another brand broke me out. I even noticed some of my acne was substantially less red as well as any other redness on my face was more minimal than normal. As of now I highly recommend this product, it feels amazing and results with it are very noticeable, I’ll definitely be repurchasing :)

I really like this sleeping mask. It has a light, pleasant scent and feels very gentle on the skin. The texture is smooth and easy to apply, and you don’t need much at all — a little goes a long way. I wake up with my skin feeling more moisturized and calm. Great option if you want hydration without feeling heavy or greasy.

I've been using this for about a week as part of my skincare routine as I prepare for my wedding. It's a thick cream with a slightly woody scent to it. I have combination skin and haven't noticed any clogging or breakouts since starting it. I use it only at night and wake up with clearly hydrated skin. It's brighter, firmer, and less red.

I’ve been a fan of Laneige sleep masks for years. I used the water mask when I was in my late 30’s, and lived in Florida where it was hot and humid. I moved to the Northeast, and have upped my tretinoin to 0.15, and needed something much more hydrating than I was using in humid Florida, especially during the winter. I stocked up on the Time Freeze collagen sleep mask during the Lunar New Year sale LAST year, and was super sad to see when I learned they discontinued it. I apprehensively decided to try their cica mask. I love Dr Jart Cicapair moisturizer, and their CC, it does wonders with the tretinoin. I have been using it in the evening before bed. This winter has been kind of batty, but on the colder, dryer nights.. I do my tretinoin, then Dr Jart Ceramide, then Cerave moisturizer CREAM, then the sleep mask.. (sometimes I have to walk my dog like this in the middle of the night). If it’s not incredibly windy/cold.. I will just do my normal tretinoin, cicapair moisturizer or one of the ceramide moisturizers, then I use the sleep mask. On nights that I do not wear a sleep mask.. I pile on a little extra cerave, or sometimes I use Honey Grail oil. My skin is baby smooth! You wouldn’t know all the chemicals I attack it with 😊 I learned how to baby my moisture barrier years ago .. because my skin is in constant need of having ick removed hehe (chemically, not physically) This makes it so I am never red, and I don’t have peelies, and no tightness. I loved the scent of Time Freeze. It has a similar creamy consistency.. not as thick, but way thicker than the water mask. I highly recommend! Also.. I have sensitive skin, I am prone to hormonal acne (still at 44).. and this doesn’t trigger anything!

J’ai une peau qui vit de la rosacée depuis 20 ans et ce produit me fait du bien! (Ce n’est pas le seul que j’utilise mais pour ma routine de soir c’est parfait !!! Il hydrate bien et n’est pas gras à la sensation sens bon bonne qualité!!! Et j’en ai essayé des produits en 20 ans

I purchased an authentic version of this product from the US and it was almost finished so I decided to order a new one. Big mistake. Packaging was different and the product consistency was very watery, had a weird smell and not hydrating AT ALL for my skin. A waste of my money. Buyer beware!

It didn't heel my rosacea, but really helped and calmed skin. I think it's approx 50% better than before using this mask. Good effect.

This cream has left my skin soft and fresh.but I found same brand found outside India seemed to have a better texture. The cream doesn't have a scent,the quality justifies the price to some extent, but the difference in texture is not understandable
