If you want a strong, reliable lock that won’t damage your doors, this is a great option. You have to squeeze the lock handle in, pull up, and then release to lock. It felt a bit unusual at first, but you quickly get used to it — it’s simple and effective. The adhesive is sturdy and the lock feels very secure. Perfect for bedrooms, kitchens, or any door where you want extra peace of mind without permanent alterations. Highly recommended!

I have used it on my front door but not all doors are flat so had to adapt with a block of wood in order to use it . But once in place it is good and handle won't work I had to use a lot of strong glue as sticky pads won't stick to bare wood. I got a stick for front door to add extra protection. But gives me peace of mind I am safe at night on my own x

The materials and construction of this handle lock are 100% solid. Once clicked into place the handle cannot be moved at all, and (at least on my door; plywood, gloss paint) the adhesive is extremely strong. Had a couple of other adults test it after fitting, and without exerting extreme force on the door handle that risks damaging the door, I don't think you could get in by accident. This was all before 72hrs had passed, so the adhesive didn't even have time to reach full strength. Fitting took a matter of seconds - you lock it into place and fit it flush against your door handle. Unlocking takes a bit of finger strength/is fiddly, so don't use these on your doors if you have weak or arthritic hands on risk of being temporarily locked in. Comes in a pack of 2, so if like me you are just using them for an extra layer of privacy in a bedroom or home office, there's some good value there. A relief to have installed; ensures there are no surprise guests on calls and eliminates the risk of accidental flashing toward over-familiar house mates/guests.

It doesn’t fit for the purpose , it’s too hard to operate. The mechanism is not good. The description doesn’t provide true knowledge about the product There should be a demo of how to install and use it Not safe as it could hurt your fingers that could trap in it

Good to lock rooms that are important from our autistic boy who sees no issues destroying important paperwork or other things. They're very sturdy to the point we have to put full body weight on the lock to snap it down if we get locked out. Stick very well, pretty small too! Functions well to keep rooms locked! Very easy to unlock for people who know the method!

Wir haben die Schlösser jetzt seit knapp 2 Jahren an der Wohnungstür verbaut, damit unser Sohnemann (3,5 Jahre) nicht einfach unbemerkt die Wohnung verlassen kann. Das Schloss ließ sich dank des Klebestreifens einfach montieren und hält bisher sehr fest. Auch nach 2 Jahren Dauernutzung sind noch keine Schwachstellen zu erkennen. Es ist eine unkomplizierte Möglichkeit ein wenig mehr Sicherheit zu gewinnen. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits.
