I usually use this in a tumeric, ginger and lemon shot. The ginger is ground fairly fine and mixes well. Tastes great too! Price isn't bad either comparing it to local shops and other brands so I'll be repurchasing and recommending this product.

very good ginger in a powder form but its been ground to fine and it gets everywhere.

Though I would try this as I'm always unwell and never tried before but told ginger is good for you.Tastes amazing and will be buying more.
