Given this was an expensive electronic item, more care should have been taken. Returned for refund as box looked like it had been kicked around the delivery van. ### ⭐⭐ Annoying *by E***O on 3 September 2023* My kids never got into the books somehow. I understand others have, but mine have always put the books out and gravitated to just using the default "games" built into the front and back covers. And here I have to say - I hope there is a special place in h3ll for the people who programmed them. They are incredibly annoying - just nonsensical noises and the "abc" song sung by some elves on speed who've inhaled helium. Beyond awful. Actually almost incomprehensible so doesn't teach kids the alphabet.
