These are a true hard case. Looks decent and operates well. My only nit pic issue is the cleaning cloth is a bit small and not as silky as one you would get at an eyeglass store but hey, at least you get one for each case.

I had to buy new glasses this year and they came with soft cases. There’s no way those glasses were surviving in my home with my clumsiness and tendency to accidentally crush cases. I don’t know how I manage it but it’s a talent. I bought these to protect my glasses and so far they’re doing a great job. My sunglasses don’t fit in them but my regular glasses fit fine with a little room to spare. The cases are solid, well made and the hinges seem sturdy. I bought these in November and it’s now January and the weird fish smell has finally gone away. It was mostly noticeable when I opened the case to take out/put in my glasses; I didn’t notice it when the cases were closed. I have no idea why they smelled like fish (maybe an adhesive they used?) but honestly, the cases are so nice and well made that it was worth putting up with it for a couple of months until it faded away. I’m happy with my purchase and would buy again.

THE CASES WERE OF GOOD QUALITY AS EXPECTED HOWEVER, THE 3-6" CLEANING CLOTHS WERE NOT SENT

The lining seems to be cloth rather than flecked material so there isn't any "lint" to get on your glasses. Others have stated the size is ample and I agree, though not huge they're big enough to hold most glasses. The cases are quite rugged and should hold up well.

Seems to be a solid case. Well made fitting most of my glasses. However there were no cleaning cloths included which was a deciding factor between these cases an another. But as for the actual case itself, I’m satisfied.

My husband and son needed new, sturdy clam-shell glass cases to protect their glasses. They are well made. My husband's glasses are larger and they fit just fine in this case. This is a great buy.
