Having followed dosage as recommended I found after a few days that I noticed a stabilising effect of mind and also after a longer period of time an improvement in skin tone , it may be a placebo effect but I do not regret my purchase.

Since taking them I'm sleeping really well & feeling more relaxed

The advert for them sounded very good about the help/effects these capsules can give, but I found there are two things you may need to be aware of. Firstly, the capsules are quite large and could well be somewhat difficult to swallow for some people and secondly having taken them for a month, they do make you feel somewhat subdued and for me had very little effect, (if any), on any joint disscomfort I have.
