A couple of times a year I might go out to eat for a birthday or other celebration. That usually meant a 1-2 lb weight gain which was nearly impossible to get rid of. Finally figured out it was hormones. I researched several products. I found this Calcium D-Glucarate plus Myo-Inositol worked best. I also use a progesterone cream 3 weeks a month. I've lost 16 lbs so far, just eating my regular low calorie low carb diet. I decided against Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) because of the bad taste and smell and against DIM because of other bad side effects. I put them on the last resort list, but I never needed to go there. My hormones are coming into balance and I feel so much better in addition to the miraculous (for me) weight loss. I highly recommend this to women who have tried everything and can't lose the weight.
