What are the uses for this product?

I'm not certain of what other people use this product for, but I highly recommend it for use as the sacrificial media used in a carbon ash catcher in conjunction with a water pipe. The carbon granules do an excellent job helping to keep your water pipe cleaner by reducing the amount of ash and tar that enter the water pipe itself. The 4x8 particle size is a good size for any of the carbon ash catchers I have seen available. I hope this helps someone. Cheers!!
